vATIS Guide

In accordance with the Air Traffic Control Frequency and Information Management Policy any controller is allowed to facilitate up to 4 ATIS connections on VATSIM. vATIS is the designated ATIS hosting client in EVRR FIR. It comes in pair with a dedicated config designed for use within EVRR FIR. Both are available for download by clicking the buttons below.

Usage Guide

In short, vATIS is not overly complex. To use the client appropriately, only 4 steps have to be followed:

  1. Import the EVRR FIR Config.
  2. Select the runway in use and preferred type of approach.
  3. Apply appropriate NOTAMs and Airport Conditions by clicking the relevant labels.
  4. Press Connect!
